how's your evening going guys? i know medyo madilim ang photo, sorry.. andito ako ngayon sa favorite reflex spa ko at eto ang view ko now!  maganda ang reflexology for blood circulation, kasi nga target nito yung pressure points sa paa. i try to have this once a week. favorite de-stresser fo kasi.  tomorrow, back to work na ako, no more errands days! please watch boy and kris tomorrow! i will be guesting i think with bea the big winner and i think pokwang. i swear, si pokwang ang isa sa pinakanakakatawang tao ever! so i'm sure fun ang episode. goodnight guys! don't forget to pray!

hello guys! just finished my guesting with boy and kris.. ang saya, saya! andun na si pokwang, andun pa si nanay keans! grabe, sobrang laugh trip silang dalawaaa! hehehe. anyway, with me sa photo is my friend jaypee. kasama ko siya dati nung production pa ako sa abs, brainstormer at writer kami dati. ngayon, writer na siya dito sa boy and kris. favorite ko ang sharing ni miss kris na quotes at the end of the show. to those na di nakanood, i will share it with you. a quote by joyce meyers, 'expect the best!' because its true, if you believe it, you will get the best! so there.

hello guys! its friday! ang bilis ng mga araw, grabe. and as usual, where are people on a friday? stuck in traffic!! wah! haaay. bakit ba napaka-traffic sa metro manila. anyway, i'm on my way now to an event for candy magazine. naging judge kasi ako for their first ever teen blog awards! hehe. i was 20 when i started blogging and super amazing lang now na as young as 15, super astig na ng mga blog ng mga kids! kayo, kung wala pa kayong blog, i highly encourage you to start one. super dali na ngayon kahit feeling ninyo, di kayo computer savvy. its a great form of self-expression.

hello! yes, its sunday, that means its church day! kamusta ang linggo ninyo? its time for my sunday sharing.. our pastor has been discussing the book of nehemiah the past weeks, about how he was determined to rebuild the walls of jerusalem. today's service was all about gaps in our own walls.. a few points? 1. the enemy attacks through gaps in our spirituality. 2. if you've been hurt, it only means you have a gap in your wall. 3. jeSuS is the ultimate gap guard! we should be each other's gap guards, supporting each other by praying for each other. you will all be in my prayers today!

start of the week nanaman! hi guys, how's everyone? as co-producer of y speak, i regularly sit in meetings para sa line up ng topics and segments sa show.. super nae-enjoy ko talaga kasi kahit almost three years na ang show, ang dami pa ding pwedeng gawin! behind me is the whole y speak team, hardworkers and idealists din yang mga yan, hehe. and its not true na kasama ang y speak sa mga natanggal na show sa studio 23! in fact, madaming nakaplano for the show. new timeslot na din kami, 830 to 930PM kapag sabado, we're not on sundays anymore. but yay na we're still here! hehe. thank you!

hello again! had a long, productive day today! after my y speak meeting, i got a hair treatment, manicure, and pedicure in the best salon, propaganda! i swear, if you want a nice hairstyle, its in greenbelt one, look for alex carbonell. hehe. after, i had a meeting for 'artists in development', under the pldt foundation, with such inspiring people like anthony pangilinan, audie gemora, leo martinez, even roxy barcelo. its so nice to discuss youth development plans with like minded individuals! anyway, now i'm enjoying a waffle in pancake house with my sister. hope you've had dinner too!

hello everyone! i'm here now at the ccp para sa cinemalaya film festival. sa mga kilala ako, alam nila na super fan ako ng film at mahilig ako manood ng independent cinema. i'm with my friend aol, na story editor din namin for big brother, and we just watched a film called 'tukso', by dennis marasigan, galing, very interesting. its your whodunnit type of story. sa lahat ng interesado, pumuntalang kayo sa ccp! the festival is on until the 29th. search niyo lang sa internet ang schedule. usually may 12, 3, 6, at 9PM na pelikula. punta lang kayo. suportahan ang pinoy indie filmmakers!

welcome to kota belud! this is the largest sunday market dito sa sabah. madaming handicrafts, apparel, at pagkain! super daming iba't ibang kakainin. actually, wala ako masyado nabili. nag-enjoy lang ako taking photos. hehe. last night, ayaw ma-send ng huli kong ktxt, so kwento ko na lang ulit! we ate at a huge seafood center, at may cultural show din sa gitna ng complex. pagkatapos ng performance nila, humingi sila ng volunteers sa audience to dance on stage! well.. nagvolunteer kami! hehe. sumayaw kami ng bamboo dance, their version of tinikling. masaya naman. =p have a blessed sunday guys!

hello everyone! day four in malaysia. finally, the beach!! =p from the hotel, we took a speedboat to sapi island then from there, super water activities kami! we went sea walking, yun yung mukha kang astronaut underwater, hehe fun. parang diving. next, at eto ang dati ko pa gusto masubukan, parasailing! yun, masaya grabe. you're hanging way up in the air from a parachute tapos hinihila kayo ng speedbaot. yay! that is something you should experience. then now we're at manukan island for a buffet barbecue lunch. grabe! parang ang dami kong kinain this whole trip! woohoo..

yesterday.. woohoo! its not seen sa picture but behind me is kiulu river.. we just finished white water rafting!! grabe ang saya saya! first time ko to do it and ako ang winner sa boat ko for not falling off. hahaha! super saya talaga! our whole group took up three boats at nakakatuwa kasi may mga karera at cheer competitions at heckling na nagaganap. haha! the whole river was ten kilometers, and we passed maybe ten rapids. may part pa in the middle na we all stopped to take a swim, and i dove off a rock pa! masaya, masaya. =p this is one activity every water lover or adventurer must do!  later!

hello friends! sorry super late na ng text ko.. how are you all? goodnight to everyone about to sleep and don't forget to pray! I ran so many errands this morning, then went to CCP again for cinemalaya. til Saturday na lang ang festival so head on there habang may time pa! highly recommended and 'endo', 'pisay', and 'tukso'. Also, they're screening the past hits like 'pagdadalaga ni maximo oliveras', 'big time' at madami pang iba. Go for gold! then, I took out delicious soup and salad from CPK at late dinner ako now while watching TV anyway, enjoy your night!
