(april 11) good morning everyone! :-) its an early morning today, i tried to wake up to run but i woke up with a headache so i slept it off na lang. i actually still have a headache now! boo!  here now at mariel's place because we're getting ready together for another music video shoot for senator noynoy! we'll be in ayala avenue i think and we'll be shooting for a new song that ogie alcasid made! :-) then later this afternoon i'll be shooting for the new national anthem video of abs! yaaaay! in the first one i wasn't part of it but now i am so i'm happy of course! :-) i think for that i'll be together with toni and luis. :-) its so hard to work on a sunday but today is gonna be a fun day for fulfilling causes naman so gooo! have a happy sunday! :-)

(april 12) welcome back home vince.. :-):-) but goodbye again because he had to leave for a football scouting trip in tarlac.. so i got up extra early to run then to catch vince for breakfast in his house before he left for tarlac. enjoyed a nice breakfast with him and his parents, they all came back together this morning. when i got upstairs, it was a wonderful view! two boxes of shoes! each in their own paper bags pa, waiting for me! aaaaaaw. happiness. :-) i can't believe he brought home the boxes too. he knows i do that kasi but i didn't expect him to lug the giant boxes all the way home. plus the paper bags pa! a beautiful black aldo military boot that we saw in the mall in vancouver together.. and white doc martens that i've been talking about since mariel and i came home from hong kong.. hay! i was sooo touched and sooo kilig! so happy. :-) i also had a little gift for him. pairs of cropped shorts and nice vintage ray bans. :-) i hope he comes home from tarlac soon.... :-)

(april 13) at a cover shoot now for women's health!!!! yaay! i love this magazine, don't you think its one of the classiest magazines in the country?! their covers are always so fabulous and i'm just so happy and proud to be chosen!  vince and i are actually fans of men's health so we were both happy that i'll be on women's health. :-) please watch out for this issue coming out in june! :-) make up artist is my usual love jigs mayuga, hair is by ney guese, photographer is doc marlon! i love it that my interview was all about health and keeping fit, and unicef! i hope you all get a copy to be able to read the article. shoots with friends are sooo much fun because the shoot part is actually just so fast! its the kwentuhan and bonding time that's priceless. we talk about love lives, career moves, plans, and of course chismis! earlier today was also fun because i got to hang out at the bb house longer. :-) treated myself and the crew to mcdonalds breakfast! i always order two piece chicken, hashbrown, hot chocolate! yum!

(april 14) aaaaw, its cutiepie bugoy!!!!  sooo cute. he interviewed me for the labor day special of kulilits! super cute niya mag-interview! as in every question he will stop and run his line before we roll. he was kinda sick and super quiet in the start but after the interview and after i joked around with him, he was super hyper na. :-) siya yung batang nanalo sa scq kids quest on ruffa and ai and danced in the opening of pbb! haha. my interview was all about being a host and about unicef too. astiiiiig! :-) it'll air may 1, saturday, 930AM. :-) tonight i will be live on snn! so please do watch! but before that i'll be at this avon event in picc, its like this grand event with all the dealers. did blocking kanina and the venue was huuuuge!! over a thousand attendees, then i know ruffa will be there too. i have a mini dance number pa nga but its not really a dance its more like party party. hahaha! i love avon and i love avon mix!!!! :-) see you at snn tonight! :-)

(april 15) this is what a pilates studio looks like! its all weird machines! haha. at first actually i didn't want to do pilates kasi i don't believe in using machines like in the gym, as in i have no idea how to use equipment in the gym, super wala talaga. haha! apparently, joseph pilates who founded it, was a nurse who developed all these moves for soldiers from war who were stuck on their hospital beds. kaya mukhang hospital bed ang mga machine! when i found out that pilates works on core strength and can help correct my posture, i tried it out, and yeah, i ended up super liking it! :-) so much that today i woke up extra early again to attend 6AM pilates class! haha, wild ang kaagahan! but no choice eh, like i always say, you really have to make time for exercise, there's no other choice! so far so good, mahal lang ang pilates kumpara sa yoga but at least now i can mix up the types of work outs i do. nakssss. masyado namang pa-feeling fitness itong ktxt ko! haha! off to tfc connect double taping and cinema news taping today! :-)

(april 16) and i'm off to korea!!!! haaaay.. this has been one stressful and gulatan na trip! nalulurkey ako! it all started just last week and remember, i ktxtd you about something exciting that might happen? this is it! our head of entertainment tita linggit and head of acquisitions tita leng recommended me to kbs when they asked to bring a young celebrity to participate with this week with kim beom. visa fixed in just a few days, itinerary just given yesterday, and packed just this afternoon! super, super kalurky and stressful day!!!! i packed sooo many things. brought a large sized maleta as if i were leaving for a month! its so hard to pack when they weather varies from spring to winter temperatures and the itinerary includes the city, the mountain, and the beach! how do you pack for something like that?? its sooo crazy and i hope i packed enough items. i'll be going with one segment producer ate mash, and one cameraman richard. one week bonding ito! dapat jeju island ang itinerary but i think that might change because the weather daw is iffy. we might be going to a mountain area instead. waah! wish me luck. :-):-):-):-)

(april 17) hello from seoul, korea! :-) arrived here at around 5AM, and then the producers of kbs picked me up. i met henry one of the producers, yu an their young camerawoman, mr. che another staff member, and kim another producer. they said that the other asian girls are getting here tomorrow morning, one each from thailand, malaysia, singapore, and vietnam. i'm the only 'celebrity' sent daw, as decided by abscbn and kbs. to maybe do some collaboration with this project. :-) i think i flew ahead of them because they want to tour us in their studios tonight. went straight to the hotel for breakfast, i had waffles and bacon cause i love waffles! then i chose to catch up on sleep since i didn't get to sleep much on the plane. i woke up na lang again at 3PM! and at 4PM, the producers at kbs were so nice, they decided to treat me to a salon afternoon! they were offering to do my make up and hair but i said i do my own make up, so now we're just doing make up and nails. the koreans take their salons seriously ha!! this picture i'm sending you is what their pedicure looks like. its really a special chair with like a mini basin below for the feet, na nagulat ako is actually a foot jacuzzi! wild! for the first time i'm gonna be getting nail art on my feet, as suggested by kim. i chose baby pink nails with baby blue polkadots! hahaha! let's see how this goes. i have a cup of coffee in hand and a korea vogue in the other. i must say this is a great start to my trip. :-)

(april 17.2) we're here now doing studio tours of the kbs compound! its very much like abs. may access badge to get inside, may posters of the shows and artists on the walls, may magkakatabing studios and magkakatabing control room! we're here in the studio of their weekend entertainment news show called 'weekly entertainment'. :-) there are two main hosts on the left, they're like the main anchors, then there are seven co hosts on the side who deliver one story each. very e live ang set and feel, but very snn ang format kasi news delivery lang and no live guests, but very balitang siksik kasi bawat isang reporter, may kwento. interesting to see their control room too, na super high tech kasi they have a program na live ratings! as in per minute you see if tumataas o bumababa ratings. galing! also met their hosts and got to interview them a bit! yung male host, sookjun, friend ko na sa twitter! hahaha. goodnight for now, time to rest. :-)

(april 18) good morning from korea! :-) its me with my cameraman richard and my producer mash! si richard, dati lagi pbb but now lagi sa talk unit. si mamash naman, one of the senior segment producers of the talk unit, so she was assigned to come here. :-) we got eight hours of sleep last night! loveittt! i haven't gotten eight hours of sleep for two weeks now. so we woke up and during breakfast we were told that the other girls from the other countries are here na! they wanted to rest muna and so here we are, we just walked around the area of our hotel and we're enjoying a cup of coffee now. ang lamig pero we decided to sit outside para lubusin ang weather! i know today is a sort of free day, so we're just gonna tour seoul and i think do a bit of shopping tonight. eh bilang anlaki at puno na ng maleta ko, mahirap nang magshopping pa! haha! today i'm wearing a lace dress by mich araullo, black tights, and military black wedges from aldo. yes, i'm in heels! for the porma! hahaha! and so nae-expose din ang korean-ified nail art ko sa toes.

(april 18.2) meet my new friends! from left to right that's nadira from kuala lumpur, malaysia, then that's thuong from ho chi minh, vietnam, then ob from bangkok, thailand, then rei from singapore, then me! loveittt! new friends!!!! so we all met up and had lunch at this viet and thai restaurant. i ordered rice and curry beef, yummmm! then we went back to kbs studios for another studio tour, more or less the same as last night but this time for the girls who just arrived. small world! i saw some kababayans who live here in seoul but watch tfc online, so yeah we got to talk for a bit! sweet! we then went to the university area where we just walked streets and streets of nice, quirky shops and cafes. i got to buy a few headbands, and socks, and earrings. :-) we then went for karaoke. gaah!!!! i really don't like singing but i had to be game because the other girls sang. two sang korean songs, the other two their local songs, so i decided to go for english so everyone can sing along. :-) i chose 'all you need is love' of the beatles of course! hahaa.

(april 19) so we finally met kim bum today! we were all asked to wake up early and we were all given korean-style clothes for today. i chose just a simple shirt but they styled it by tying it in front and giving me girly accessories. very not me, but for today, why not! :-) we all went to kbs studios where supposedly we were gonna have an interview about how we feel that its day one of the world date, we all answered, then we all posed for a picture. photographer suddenly put the camera down and it was kim bum! haha, funny, very wow mali. and the girls i'm with are really so mahinhin, i'm the only one who said 'oh my!' loudly when we saw him. the rest were just shocked and just gasped. hahaha. he all led us in to this camper truck, with full camera coverage as in very big brother lang. :-) its a kwentuhan ride and the girls being very shy, its me and ob lang asking! we're off to mount seorak, its supposed to be four hours away. so good luck! we'll see what we'll end up doing today. :-)

(april 19.2) guess who cooked our dinner?? none other than kim bum! hahahaha. we were all surprised when the staff told us that he will be cooking dinner for us. at first we didn't believe, but when we got to the hotel room, he brought out the groceries, he started chopping the onions and potatoes, and started cooking! not bad i must say, for a guy, he knows his way around the kitchen! he cooked a special fried rice, the recipe, he learned from his mom. :-) aaaaaaw.. hahaha. everyone was shy to eat it when he served it, but i must say, it was pretty yummy! ob and i shared our plate and we were the only ones who finished it! haha. :-) last night we were shocked because he also gave us each a gift, it was a lion stuffed toy, and each had a name plate on it, then when you press the tummy there's a personalized message as in a recorded voice from him. kyot! i have yet to have it translated but all i understood so far was 'hi bianca, its kim bum..' haha, yun pa lang alam ko.

(april 20) good morning everyone! sorry for the lesser quality of photos since yesterday, my new E52 has been acting up and now it won't charge. super boo. so now i'm back to my old phone, which is actually my mom's phone! hahaha. speaking of my mom, she's actually home na from san francisco and we didn't reach each other cause i had already left for korea.  anyway, its day four here but day two of the world date! since yesterday they gave us a few clothes to wear, and i was telling them we've been korean-ified! yesterday, ob had the cutest outfit, a sweater and a skirt, but me i feel too cold i really prefer pants. today our outfits are super korean-ified and sorta kiddie, and here i am with rei and ob! they gave me whitewash tattered and skinny jeans and a tee and a headband. haha! very 17 years old lang kami dito! i emailed a few photos from the whole of yesterday to snn, maybe a phone interview, and i think snn might air a story on this world date tonight. :-)

(april 20.2) welcome to mount seorak! yaay! just to refresh your memory, in the picture from the left are nadira, rei, obbie, then a bit further behind is kim bum, then me! we took the cable car from ground level, and in around fifteen minutes we were at the top of the mountain! the view was amaaaazing. mountains and mountains as far as the eyes can see, and there was still a lot of snow on the mountains that were left since wintertime! by this time its really usually sunny and warm already, its just unusually cold this year they said.. the effects of climate change. so from the cable car drop, you hike around fifteen minutes more and really get to the top. again, spectacular view! the rock formations were gorgeous! after mount seorak, we went to yang yang county where we tried pottery with kim bum! bilang mahilig ako sa arts and crafts and lettering, the staff said i did a really good job! yay! kim bum made a small bowl, galing. :-) too bad we couldn't bring home our works.

(april 21) day five in korea, day three with kim bum! its raaaaining! this is obbie, kim bum, and me in gapyeong, sharing an umbrella! uyyy, close na kaming lahat.. hahahaha! we all had lunch together at a rooftop with a great view of the mountains! we had spicy stir fried chicken that was a little too spicy so they had to cook for us a special non-spicy batch. we then took the ferry to nami island, this beautiful island where they filmed the korean series 'winter sonata'.. it was really beautiful! imagine a whole walkway lined with really, really tall trees in a long, long row. so charming! kim bum calls it a 'date place' and it sure was! then we took the ferry back to gapyeong where we were supposed to.. you'll never guess.. bungee jump!!!! and that's where this photo was taken, we were on top where you jump from, but we couldn't because its raining. i really wanted to try it finally this time, and sakto umulan!! boo. i guess its not meant to be for now.
