(may 16) sunday is family day, even if only through skype! :-) i actually just got home from the super fun birthday party of our channel head, tita cory! ang saya saya! :-) its so much fun to go to her birthday party because all as in all our big bosses are there and you get to talk to all of them for a bit to catch up! which of course is nice because on a daily basis of working in abs we don't naman see them! like sir gabby said i was blooming and asked if i was in love daw! or maam charo asked about how doing snn was, tita cory asked if lino and i were friends na daw because he was also at the party same time as me, lots of very personal chit chat like that which of course i appreciate! :-) same time as mariel and i, the showtime family was also there, then the buzz family too. we left early because we both had to sleep early. :-) as soon as i got home, it was roco on skype who greeted me! what a cutiepieeee! he now can hold a maracas and actually play it! the cutest! his maracas are actually from nick jr, from moco jumby! that's his new favorite song! look up moco jumby on youtube, its the sweetest song! :-)

(may 17) its the newlyweds!!!! yihee, spending the day with my best friend pam who took a leave from work today because it was her birthday yesterday. :-) joined her and her husband maui for a japanese feast in seryoa. my first time at this super authentic japanese resto in makati! look at this feast that we ordered!! there's sooo much food! tip when ordering lunch at jap restos? get their bento box menu because its more sulit, package price for a set meal! :-) after this lunch, we were joined by our other friend dustin, and we accompanied pam to the salon and mall! we suuuuper felt like students on summer break all over again!! :-) we then hung out at pam's house lang with our other friend mia, and pam's mom. hanging out at friends' houses is the best!!!! time to head to pbb now and pay a visit to the snn set to give my little thank you gift for tito boy and ate kris. :-)

(may 18) togetherness is happiness!!!! :-) nagkasabay-sabay uli kami nina toni and ma here in the bb house! i swear, give us just ten minutes all together and we'll have sooooooo much to talk about na! in fact there is major, major, MAJOR news but we can't exactly tell anyone so we just talk about it among ourselves! ang saya saya ng chismisan session!  today was a very steady day. started with my pilates session in the morning, a bit of errands in the south, finally got my nails done, then off to work. :-) tonight i'm attending a pureology event for my darling alex carbonell in makati! he's a certified brand ambassador for pureology and his big launch is tonight. :-) i'm his date! sooo proud of him! :-)

(may 20) yaay! because i finished tfc early today, i was able to reach in time to join mariel on uber! yaaaay! :-) last two gaps lang but it writer still fun. we're both holding one friend each of moober. i'm holding bianca the bunny! that wasn't the original name but the original name is too funny to broadcast. haha! ma is holding the toni puppet called tintin palakaer. hahaha! such a long day again today. started by taping for y speak, its our mid year special, clips from the trade launch of 23. :-) this saturday though, our episode is all about photography, and professional or aspiring photographers! then i went off to tape for tfc, then i got to see mariel for uber. still pbb updates and cinemanews to go! phew! i think i might get sick again, boo! but i drank lots of water and vitamin c na. toni is also sick actually! uso ang sickness. we really have to keep hydrated. let's all take care!

(may 21) i finally have a picture with tito bhoy!!!! hahaha! in this picture i'm with tito bhoy at the presscon for 'simply kc', i'm waiting to interview kc for e live, and tito bhoy for nnnn naman. :-) i swear, nakikita ko lang si tito bhoy super tawang tawa na ako! bwahahaha! watch out for my super fun interview with kc on e live tomorrow! we were laughing about something we have in common. naloka yung mga staff talaga na in-acknowledge namin what we share in common! hahaha! anyway. :-) tonight i had a very, very exciting meeting. i met with the staff of mega magazine and they want me to be their guest editor for their july issue!! woohoooo!! as in! since april pala they've had guest editors. kat tantoco for their fashion issue, cristalle belo for their beauty issue, tim yap for their pinoy pride issue, and me for their upcoming issue! theme is a secret first! as in on our first meeting, we decided on who should be on the cover and what the concept is. they want me to write articles too!! wah! :-D

(may 22) in the dressing room right after live e live! :-) we are just loving our new set!!!! super fresh sa mata ng all white set! love it! :-) we're all feasting on this bilao of super yummy spaghetti from amber, sponsored by luis! we three are all done with our own days of pakain to the staff and now its luis' turn! he can never join us for post e live bonding moments though because he always has to run off to live pilipinas got talent. i can't stop telling you how priceless these dressing room bonding moments are when we share all our feelings and all the chismis! actually its toni and mariel na suuuuper daming alam na chismis grabe! ako as usual ang taga kinig at taga tawa. :-) hahaha! yan ang kanya kanya naming role sa friendship. haha! getting interviewed later by the researcher of simply kc, i think i'm guesting for their second week, but i can't think of what activity it is i wanna do with kc! ano nga kaya ang fun and interesting to watch? :-) grabe ang happenings sa talk unit ngayon, we all have no idea what our future will be like considering come july, ate kris will be leaving the buzz and snn! what she said in the vtr on e live was beyond flattering. it was such an honor! she really named us as the next generation of hosts. my gosh!!!!!! i can't put into words how major that is!!!!

(may 23) yummmmy!! i love japanese food!! i had pbb work today and on the way home i decided to take out food from one of my go-to japanese restaurants, omakase! :-) super yum! :-) enjoyed a one on one bonding over jap dinner with my sister aissa. these are our favorites from omakase, from left to right, that's american dream, its tuna and crab and cream cheese all cooked inside a tempura batter! then that's dynamite, its unagi sushi with spicy tuna on top! then that's ebi tempura. ever since i was young, japanese food has always been my favorite! :-) my old car is busted and my car is coding tomorrow so i had to work tonight because i have no way to work tomorrow morning! can't believe teen clash is done in a few weeks! wah! so sad!  after this, i don't know if there will be another season airing for this year. getting senti!

(may 24) its a steady south monday! i loooove it! i'm with my good friends ange and aua at the no fail town center tambayan, ciboooo! :-) i love it that me and my friends all have non-regular work hours, which allows us to hang out on weekday afternoons when the mall is not crowded. its happiness! :-) so cute because i also saw garlic, my friend na headwriter of asap, and her south friends too! i really love living in the south. can't imagine living anywhere else! fixing a lot of errands today its craaaazy! so much to do the next couple of days. have to think of what articles to write for mega, plus have to attend to a lot of personal errands. to top it all of, my nail polish is super sira na! hahaha. maybe i'll squeeze in watching 'robin hood' today. is it any good? :-)

(may 25) today is an extremely sentimental day for me because today is the day i say goodbye to one of the most important, most defining, most influential, most helpful things in the past decade of my life. :-'(((( today is the day i say goodbye to wje!!!!!! :-'(((( for those of you who don't know, wje is my very first big purchase with my own hard earned money. i got to save a little from modeling and wje is what i decided to buy. i was an incoming senior in school then when i bought wje, second hand from my good friend in high school. i remember the amazing feeling knowing i worked hard and saved up and bought something that i had documents for with my name on it. the feeling was priceless. wje has seen sooo many things in my life!!!! i'm crying as i type this.. my happiest moments with my friends and family.. my saddest moments crying while driving home alone.. if only cars could talk, oh the things wje would say!!!! wje has seen the best and the worst of me and i didn't think it was this painful to say goodbye. its time to say goodbye because he is old.. and deserves to retire.. i can feel he is tired of going in and out of honda for different repairs.. its time for him to rest.. i'm moving on to a new chapter, but wje will always hold a special place in my heart as my first love car. i will miss you dearly wje!!!! thank you for the memories.... :-'(

(may 26) my first time to head to baclaran on baclaran day itself! and kc's first time to actually go to baclaran! what an experience!!!! :-) hi everyone! :-) when they asked me what i wanted to do with kc for her show simply kc, i said maybe a UN project with kids since we're both with the UN, kc with the world food program and me with unicef.. or i said why not a kikay bonding session! o.. pak! here's our kikay bonding session.. shopping date in baclaran!!!! hahaha! i liked it though! i super love the stuff we found and they gave us nice tawad lang! it was just wild because of all the people since wednesday is baclaran day nga. super init but in fairness to the mall we went to, aircon! episode will be airing next week on simply kc! what items did we buy and what are our shopping tips? do watch it! we had fun!

(may 27) welcome sa rapublika ng tondo! :-) here now in nava street sa tondo manila hanging out with some kids here in tondo na grabe ang galing sa pag-rap! for the june 5 episode of y speak, we're doing a special on how rap music has helped the youth here in tondo change their lives for the better. galing diba? dati, puro siga at gang fight ang popular dito sa tondo.. then came the emergence of rap culture, at imbis na makipag-away ang iba-ibang gang, sa pag-rap na lang nila ine-express ang kanilang sarili. amazing! the small rap culture has helped so many young kids here in tondo na mapalayo sa buhay gang. and now, this very week is a week long event called 'rap in tondo', wherein french and german rap and hiphop artists are here to exchange rap tricks and knowledge. ganun sila kabilib sa pinoy talent! na-inspire tuloy ako all the more to try to learn more about rap!

(may 28) taping for studio interview of simply kc today! check out my black blazer and embellished tank top from baclaran! love it!!!! decided to pair it with a red orange skirt from meg, and denim wedges also from meg! super love it!!!! apparently, our episode is not about fashion, but about love! hahaha! so of course nagtawanan kami ni kc about a certain someone we have in common. :-p its so funny talaga! we actually can be friends now precisely because of our commonality! and because i posted photos of vince on my blog, its already public property, they aired photos of vince from my blog on the show! so this will be the first time ever vince's face will be seen on tv! eek! i hope he doesn't mind. :-) our taping was super fun, puro tawanan pero may senti time din! :-o anyway, i have another MAJOR, major news i just found out today. i can't share it because its not happening til after a few weeks. its sooo major my stomach hurt so bad and i couldn't breathe! i'm really sorry i can't share it yet, but when i can i promise i will, and everyone who knows says it'll be for the best!! happy friday everyone! :-)

(may 29) pam, erin, and me! inseparable going out buddies in college, and now we're all still together! :-) this photo was taken last night at the birthday party of our dear friend dustin, in super cool art district 'the collective'! so much fun to see the whole barkada again. :-) today is full day fun day saturday!!!! as usual, its e live day and eviction day. twas a good episode on e live, i'm happy i was able to do my own interview, with enchong pa at that, one of the young stars we all super love and support. :-) after live of course was a super, super, super long kwentuhan portion in the dressing room. actually during live, while mariel was being interviewed about zanjoe, it was so hard for me and luis to sit there and listen knowing the whole story! so proud of mariel and how brave she was. kwentuhan went on in the dressing room til before eviction! so funny because toni asked me what my hair would be. i said i haven't thought about it. she suggested swept up. i said sure! kaya pala nag suggest because she was gonna wear bangs for eviction! hahaha! kyoooot! :-)

(may 30) fashion week baby!!!! one of the reasons mikaela and i became so close is because we have such similar taste in fashion. :-) we met years ago at a fashion show, discovered we were neighbors, went to castings together, went shopping together, and now years after we're attending fashion shows together! we're constant dates to different fashion shows and we love, love, love watching. :-) we both were too busy this week to catch other shows, but finally today we were both free, so we went to see the graduation show of fashion school sofa together! we both love supporting local talent! actually i'll let you in on a secret. i am super on the hunt now for student designers to wear! :-) last night we all wore student designer kara fresnido to pbb eviction, and i loved her work! i want to discover more talented youngins to give a break to! message me on twitter or on my blog if you know a student designer who is interested to design a dress for me! as in i'm looking for a lot as in mga 20! hahaha! :-) happy sunday everyone! :-)

(may 31) its time i introduced you to the new addition in our family, meet our new baby boy! :-) he has no name yet because he has no plate number yet. i definitely think he's a boy and i'm so proud of him because he's super guapo! haha. i'd like to think wje is now in car heaven looking down and keeping an eye out for all of us when on the road. :-) like i said it was painful to see wje being brought in and out of honda servicing, and i just wanted him to be out of pain na. baby boy is a welcome addition to the family, to join my current car eve.. i call her eve because she looks like eve in the movie wall-e! baby boy is there for me, my sister, and my mom to share. :-) i wonder what his plate number and name will be! full, full work day today. hope you guys are gonna have a great start of the week! :-)
