(june 1) this is what editing primetime looks like! here now at the editing bay of super editor kris, killing time while waiting for my update script. :-) spent this morning resting, really wasn't feeling well and so i cancelled my errands and appointments to be able to rest! sa panahon ngayon, naku talaga, bawal magkasakit!!  i was finally able to get a copy of women's health. funny how they don't like make up that contours the face since dapat talaga healthy looking and not anorexic looking. is my face too round on the cover or not naman?? hahaha. there's also a fitness demo video on the summit website where i teach two work out moves. naks. but that's their moves that they taught me there, not my own.

(june 2) oh my, momay!!!! interviewing cutiepie xyriel today to be aired on e live on saturday. :-) super cute niya grabe! when they told me i would be interviewing her, i was really asking them, so what will the interview be about?! its not like she has intriga to clear, hahaha. apparently it was more of a getting to know momay type of interview. such a charming little girl! plus she's still gonna be going to school this coming schoolyear so i totally love that. i love it because it shows everyone how important school is and even if she'll be busy working at least she'll be also balancing her time with studies. galing! :-) meanwhile, tension is high in the big brother house because we're not so sure if angelo and james will be back from the hospital in time for the 24 hour rule. its the last few weeks of pbb so things are getting tense! its odd though how its the teenternationals who are shining more in terms of personality. i wish the pinoy teens would step up and show real pinoy character. :-)

(june 3) thank you direk laurennnn! he came to the bb house this afternoon with take out congee and molo for all of us here to share.. that's just the sweetest.. :-):-) i'm so full now! its my tfc, pbb, and cinemanews day today, but in the free time i have in between, i have bonding time with mariel and toni and the staff! which is just super happiness! earlier at tfc taping i realized this month we are celebrating our third year of the show!! grabe three years!! it may be just a five to ten minute daily show on tfc, but amazing how many people message us about how we touch their lives! too bad tfc connect isn't shown here in the philippines but i think its an awesome show.. we feature people's stories with matching photos, we feature their families in their hometowns, we make their favorite stars greet them, and they always write us about how our show makes them feel less homesick. that's just so touching!!!! we hope to make many more people happy in the years to come. :-) if you have loved ones abroad you want us to feature, post your blog on tfcconnect.multiply.com or our tfc connect facebook account! :-)

(june 4) i finally went for it! been wanting to do it for years as in years now, but never got the guts to. i finally gathered the courage and now i have candy colored toe nails! yaay! :-) i feel like a kid who got colored pens and went crazy on my feet. just like jane aldridge of seaofshoes.com who i absolutely adore! please don't judge. please don't find me weird! haha. enjoyed a super, super laid back day at home. i did a lot of blog hopping, replying to tweets, watched a few episodes of family guy online, had my nails done, and tonight i'll be watching 'shrek' with my sister! :-) i started on a new book i got today, thanks to my friend marion who bought it for me in the states! every girl i know should watch 'eat pray love' of elizabeth gilbert. its an amazing, inspiring, empowering book! i heard from liz uy that a comedian came up with a male version, 'drink play f@#k'! i'm on like page 30 but i'm loving it already! so insightful! :-)

(june 5) a bit of retail magic! :-) its the first time in a long, long time that there's no eviction night so right after e live i just hung out a bit at the bb house with mariel, then head to the south na! big plus points that there was no traffic. met up with my friend ange who wanted to catch up and do life talks.. life talks are the best!! i absolutely recommend you do it with a girl friend every few weeks! keeps you on the ground, reminds you of what life is all about, gives you a bigger picture of the small issues we deal with in life. :-) so after that deep-ness, we did some kababawan shopping! hahaha! i bought a few bright colored studded bangles and rings na so very e live and pbb teens.. got my favorite make up primer from smashbox, primer which i feel is very important before wearing make up cause it protects your skin.. an eyeliner.. and make up brush cleaner. :-) hope you all have a colorful saturday too! :-)

(june 6) on a coffee run with my sister! :-) its a espresso java chip frappe for her and a java chip frappe for me! its a steady, lazy sunday spent at home and i feel i deserve it cause i've had such a busy week, its nice to just be home. i did something very interesting though today. for the first time in my life, i went to a palm reader. actually, he's not a palm reader as in manghuhula. he is the dad of one of my friends and he was just given this gift. don't get me wrong, he is a faithful catholic, loves GoD above all, but he was just really given this gift. i don't really usually believe in 'readings' but my sister has gone to him and she said more than predictions, what he really gives is insights about life. and it was true! he said things about my personality that were so true like about my being emotional, artistic, sensitive, intuitive.. and it wasn't generic, he gave specific examples or scenarios that were super true! most helpful tip i heard from him that i feel not only applies to him but to all of us is to learn how to visualize. imagine what you want in your life, don't think about how you'll get it or get there, but just clear your mind and visualize. and soon it will come true. :-) good luck to all of us! :-)

(june 7) salon day! :-) alex is so cute and so sweet. last week he caught the replay of my guesting on anc and he immediately texted me to say, 'sis let's refresh the color and put shine on your hair!' haha! cute no?? i caught another replay of the show and thought to myself, i like my hair naman ah, and its long na pala! hahaha. i guess his eye is different of course and he's more oc about it because its his work of art and i'm his muse. i have my own little corner here in studio fix, look! my laptop all plugged, my food laid out, my water, my coffee, my bag.. haha! bahay lang? bahay? hahaha! i'm honestly thinking giving one or two loyal ktxters a chance to have a make over with alex, my treat!!!! :-) i just can't think yet of mechanics how to go about it, but if you have any ideas please do message me on twitter or on my blog! yes, for girls and guys ito! just as a little thank you gift, and also so i can share the genius of alex with you naman. :-)

(june 8) fashion date with mikaela! :-) i love metrowear and miks is my constant date! tonight is the anniversary of ydg as in young designers guild and fdcp and fashion designers guild of the philippines! i'm here wearing veejay floresca who is part of ydg, and mikaela is wearing charina sarte. what an amazing, amazing, amazing show! so cute because miks won the ford stylish lady of the night, and i won loreal woman of the night! kyoooot. we were both so kilig naman. :-) loved all the collections. as in i'm so inspired to order all these dresses from all these amazing designers! i love how local talent is super shining! there was actually a concept na one celebrity will walk the runway per designer, and i was supposed to walk for veejay, but then in the end i ended up declining. but really, with shows like this, i much more enjoy watching!!!! :-)

(june 9) such a pinoy pride day!!!! i'm taping y speak's independence day episode today and i'm so lucky i was given this official patrol ng pilipino shirt! i think its just the coolest shirt ever and envied the news reporters wearing it for election coverage. if i'm not mistaken it still has stock in collezione stores so go and get your own shirt now! :-) this y speak episode is really nice. you know how suddenly nauuso ang mga open letter? on my blog in the past, i've written open letters to president pgma and even director steven s of the oceans series! now there are many dear noynoy, dear binay open letters! that's our concept on y speak, but more of open letters from different citizens.. like a payatas kid, an unemployed grad, an aids victim.. should be good. :-) i love being part of y speak. :-)

(june 10) animal print dress on cinemanews from meg, and killer velvet platform heels by kermit tesoro! :-) hi everyone, from me and our writer roch! :-) twas a super full thursday today! the usual tfc taping then pbb update then now cinemanews. its a busy, busy day today here in abs because its also the trade launch tonight! we won't be part of it though for pbb big night because it'll be just a vtr then the ex teen housemates are gonna dance. :-) its busy in abs but it was relaxed in the pbb house because the episode was just the live concert so we were all just hanging around! we were on the couch with direk lauren and dreaming about all together taking a trip to palawan.. these are super the most priceless times! petiks in the bb house! we eat like three times in one afternoon, hang out and laugh, get stressed over work. the best times! :-)

(june 11) i'm an office girl today! :-) here at the office of mega helping close the july issue that i'm guest editor for. i honestly, honestly wanted to be much more hands on with this issue but actually when the team came to me, the contents were almost done, and all i had to do was oversee! the whole team is amazing. :-) they're so efficient, helpful, and they just have good taste! i will have a short article in the magazine, and it talks about how tv stereotypes 'beautiful' to be thin and white. i disagree with that idea, because i honestly and truly believe that beauty comes in different packages. i'm blessed with 'thin' genes, i guess, but i happen to be proud of my brown skin! so i hope many more girls out there are more proud than insecure of being morena. :-) its an issue on 'young showbiz' and from the cover, to the fashion ed, to the beauty, and the write ups, all have a touch of the 'industry'. on the cover are the talents of arnold vegafria, i think its part of their pr as a group, inside is a mega man feature on gerald, and its the last editorial of fabulous fashion editor patrick ty before he left mega magazine. :-) please grab a copy this july!

(june 12) happy independence day everyone! i'm back inside the house! haha. i'm wearing a forever 21 cropped military jacket, a white sando, skinny jeans and aldo black army wedges. i was asked to be the moderator for this edition's 'big debate' and of course i said yes! :-) please do catch this tomorrow night after sharon. the basic debate is pinoy teens vs teenternationals. i have to say that putting the international teens is what made this season exciting. it gave a whole new dimension to dugong pinoy and pusong pinoy. and i love how these teenternationals have this sense of pinoy pride! i think its sweet! :-) doing this episode made me miss the debate format of y speak so much. it is where i started my whole hosting career! its what i feel i can do na specialty. glad i was given this chance. :-)

(june 13) sunday is family day talaga! :-) whenever we get to chat via skype with my brother in san francisco, this is what it looks like. :-) my mom and sister and i gather around whichever of our laptops are on, and my brother and sister in law tracy give us a roco show!!!! :-) haha! its the cutest thing ever! my goodness talaga. roco is so, so big na. just a few days ago he started sitting on his own! as in no pillow or person or couch to hold him up, he can balance on his own na! :-) i'm really, really hoping i can get to visit soon because these are his priceless moments! its so hot na daw there now as in summer na summer, and in fact before this skype date, they just came from a swimming party! so cute! :-) roco likes the water a lot as in a lot. bathtime is his favorite time. i can't wait til the time i can actually get to swim with him in the beach or in the pool!

(june 14) we feel like we're in high school all over again! :-) how are you enjoying your holiday monday? :-) this is the first time in a long time that i was able to enjoy a holiday with my friends.. i have pbb work today but it was only in the morning, and later again in the evening, but for the whole afternoon i was free and i got to spend it with them! we felt like we were students again because after brunch, we were all hanging out at the mall and we were like 'we're so bored, what are we gonna do?' hahaha. ended up hanging at the house of our friend henry, just bought drinks and junk food and just spent the whole afternoon talking! such a great day. quality time day. :-)

(june 15) hmm.. do you think the back seat of my car needs some serious cleaning?! hahaha! ang guloooo! wala, i need to bring all kinds of things everyday so even if i fix it often, nagugulo talaga! haha. til now my other car eve (her name is eve because she looks so much like eve of wall-e) is in honda getting fixed because weeks ago, mariel's driver accidentally dented it on the side. so now i'm still using my nameless baby boy. he should be getting his plate number very soon so at least he'll have a name na! today was quite a full day. had a really tough pilates class this morning and it hurt but it felt gooood! :-) then i had to re shoot an update because of some breaking news in the pbb house. eleven days before the big night! really getting so emotional because matatagalan nanaman before the next edition! waah.
