(july 1) what a loooong day!!!! i'm so exhausted but actually still can't sleep. started off my day with taping for tfc connect, had to finish that fast because my cinema news shoot has been moved earlier since i have snn taping and live to do the latter part of the evening. from a super busy thursday, i went to a super, super busy thursday! believe and it can be done! and i did it. plus a y speak voice over pa somewhere in between that! hahaa. wore this black and white printed dress from meg, layered gold necklaces, for cinema news this weekend. our new set is the publishing office for a more tmz feel.  snn was nice and fun. thank you for all your wonderful feedback, i am truly humbled and flattered and inspired to work harder. :-) pantsuits are my new look for snn, we met about it nina tito boy and my talk unit bosses that it'll be the peg look for snn. i'm happy its working so far! i like its authoritative, elegant, evening feel. :-)

(july 2) i finally have a photo with big winner james! :-) i've always said that if i were in high school and james, bret, and ivan were in my school, james would be my crush. such a cute and sweet boy with a killer aussie accent pa! :-) of course mariel likes ivan, and kami ni toni, actually ryan din kami because he's just so funny and charming. luis is leaving for hong kong tomorrow so e live had to be taped today. i can't not be here for this! its my first episode not with e live and its sooo nakakasenti.  seeing them do their opening spiels without me is sad! but i guess this is really a new chapter for all of us so we have to just accept it and do our best. :-) as to why i'm not in e live, is because the talk unit wants individual identities for each show. snn is me and tito boy, then e live, then buzz.. a new image for each show and not really sharing hosts, except of course for tito boy. toni, mariel, and luis are my siblings forever!!!!

(july 3) this is the beautiful veejay floresca dress i was supposed to wear to the preview ball! :-) sooo pretty i feel like a princess! :-) but i say supposed to because i didn't get to go to the preview ball. was all ready actually and me and my friend mikaela were together and ready to leave.. but my dress got delivered to my house and i fit it and its actually very loose! i'm holding it at the back as i pose for this picture. so sad! i've actually been wanting to go for weeks now, but we tried sewing and mending it but it didn't work. didn't have any alternative outfit so ended up not going anymore. i do know i'll get to use this dress for a future event! :-) what makes me feel better is that i'm not missing out on this awesome argentina versus germany world cup game! :-) happy weekend everyone! :-)

(july 4) sunday is actually the day we tape snn's monday episode! :-) i'm not at all used to working on a sunday, but being blessed with this job, its going to be my new schedule that i will work hard for! wearing a beige linen jumpsuit from forever 21. :-) my make up is by rb chanco, and for this week my stylist is ange alarcon. they will take turns ni bianca santiago so that every week naman has a different feel. we are working the best we can to have fresh, un-boring looks everyday on snn! usually i go to mass with my family in the evening, but now i'm adjusting to go to morning mass because i work evenings. lunch and then work out and then leave for work! the good thing about working on sunday is that there is no traffic. haha. to squeeze into my sunday schedule is a skype date with my brother, tracy, and roco! sunday evening here is sunday morning there. :-) have a blessed sunday everyone, let's all pray for each other, that was the message in the homily this morning. :-)

(july 5) ooh, cool! the july issue of philippine tatler, with my good friend mikaela on the cover, also has a four page feature on the wedding of my best friend pam in boracay last may! so cool! in our group picture is the couple, best man, and me and the man of honor. how i wish i could go back to boracay! maybe one of these weekends i can go. :-) today was my first free day after a long time and i spent it doing kikay errands i haven't had time to do! i realize its really part of my job, sort of, to go to the salon because nakakahiya to have ugly nails or hair! haha. had a hair treatment, bangs trim, manicure, pedicure, eyebrow bleach, the works! hahaa. then spent a super quality time dinner with two of my bestest friends marion and rina. :-) life talks are really, really the best! i think once a week or once every two weeks, a life talk with good friends is good to keep you sane, to keep you grounded, and to keep your dreams in check! have a great start of the week everyone! :-)

(july 6) contract signing day! :-) i've signed contracts for all the other shows i've done with abs but this is the first official contract signing with full coverage and complete with bosses that i've done! :-o aaaaw, thank you LoRd for the blessings! :-) actually, this is my contract for the talk unit, its for one year of snn.. so hooray! i'm happy to know at least i have one fulfilling year ahead of me! thank you everyone for your support. :-) going live tonight on snn, but in between contract signing and live tonight, i got the chance to shop around at rockwell for a bit, and then now i'm getting ready to interview piolo for snn! my first sit down interview for snn! i'm very nervous!

(july 7) magic!!!! :-) taped today for y speak and its an episode all about magic airing next week saturday! replay daw kami this week but next week its this. this is me interviewing alakim of pilipinas got talent, and he actually taught me a magic trick and i'm performing it on the show! cool! i've always, always wanted to learn a magic trick since i was a kid! and now the dream finally came true! :-) hahaa! he was talking all about his life and how he got to this point now, wow, really, pagpupursige really, really gets you a long way! iba ang dedication ni alakim for his passion. we can all learn a lot from him! a lot of exciting things will be happening to y speak in the coming months. we're five years old and thinking of ways to make the show better for everyone! :-) we're expanding our team and i'm very, very excited! :-) please email us if you have suggestions. :-) had a very exciting meeting with mcdonalds today and i'm totally, totally psyched! pray for me!

(july 8) big seven?! hahaa! nakikisama lang ako sa teen big six pero in fairness naman, di nalalayo ang look ko! they guested on tfc connect and this is really the very first time i've gotten to talk and bond with them all! james is really a cutie but wow, he is just sooo quiet! ryan is a riot, just seeing him and hearing him laugh super makes me happy! ivan really has a handsome face. and bret is just extremely sweet! devon and fretzie are very shy too and didn't get to talk to them much. very one of the boys ang dating ko kanina because i was sitting as in on the floor of the studio making kwentuhan with the four boys about school, work, life, they are so much fun to talk to!!!! i suddenly wanted to be that young again. super dooper uber busy day today!  my throat actually super hurts so i hope i don't get sick!!!! i can't! bawal magkasakit!

(july 9) i super love the steady south! :-) had a well deserved rest day today and i really just spent it in the south! i'm in general a very active person and i like being productive, but wow, those days you can just be lazy?! happiness!!!! finally went to my dermatologist today to get some cleaning done. felt so good to have clean skin and pores! :-) i am with calayan for my beauty needs like laser hair removal and peels, but my derma for the face has always been my sister's best friend since grade school, who became a derma, dra. ayees garcia mendoza! she gets me out of breakouts magically! :-) capping off my steady south day with japanese food! uni, or sea urchin, is one of my suuuuper favorites! :-) love this day! :-)

(july 10) saturday is slowly but surely shaping up to be my most favorite day of the week! :-) okay, to be honest, my heart still breaks every time i think about not being with toni, mariel, luis, and the whole e live staff every saturday.. but because we are constantly in touch, we get to help each other in dealing with it. just earlier mariel was texting me about how different it feels without us in the dressing room! so senti. on the other side of it all, in my real and private life, i'm loving spending time with my friends! they who work monday to friday and spend saturday afternoons together, where i've been absent for the past three years! i've said it like ten times today, 'so this is what a free saturday feels like!!' fun! :-) i'm with my barkada inigo, maui, and pam, just going around town center like the good ol' times! :-)

(july 11) meet team snn! :-) this was taken during sunday taping for monday airing, i'm wearing a gorgeous rust colored jumpsuit by martin bautista! i love martin, i call him jersey genius! :-) with me in this photo is bianca santiago, stylist, and rb chanco, make up artist. bianca was also our stylist in e live, and rb who i also had as my make up artist on e live, also does ma'am charo santos concio's make up! she's just pure fab. :-) today is a big, big day for my sister toni, i am so proud of her, she did an amazing job on the buzz! i couldn't help but cry when i watched her opening message thanking me, mariel, and luis! we immediately all texted each other after the show to say how much this friendship is really going to stand the test of time and distance! its so nice to have workmates that you trust and love so much. we're confident that the day will come, aside from pbb, that we will all get to work together again in a talk show format. :-)

(july 12) flew to davao for half the day today.. my quickest trip ever. i literally flew to davao to pray, cry, say goodbye, hear mass, then flew back to manila. i don't know if you remember my ktxt a few months back, about my going home to san pablo when my tita passed away. i sent a ktxt picture with my most beloved abuelito.. when i was born, we was the only lolo i had left, he was the brother of my real lolo, and a great lolo to all us apos.. father rudy malasmas, sj. he was rushed to the hospital last last weekend, held on for a week, and passed on peacefully last saturday. i'm so sad i didn't get to reach him to say goodbye, but when i saw him in the casket i just totally broke down. i will miss him so, so much. you know, everyone in davao knows, he's my number one 'fan'. he was always so proud of me. i'm so thankful and grateful. i will miss you so much abuelito....

(july 13) this is me at the cinco premiere in sm megamall. went live for snn from here. i got to watch the last three episodes of the movie, that's maja and rayver, mariel, and pokwang, but i didn't get to finish it. i only got to go in for a bit because i had to prepare for live. from what i saw though.. wow. it is a movie you must, must, must see. no dull minute or second in the movie because the five episodes were all so different, so jampacked, so scary! speaking of scary, wow this storm.... snn must've gone off air like thrice and tito boy looked like he had no prompter, and we had no on air monitor, it kept on blacking out daw in the studio! i hope everyone who went to the premiere and all of you reading this are safe, dry, and well. it was so scary driving home. signs and tree branches falling left and right, the wind and rain pouring sideways it was so hard to drive! so scary. i'm home safe and well now, thank you LoRd. now i can't sleep at all. take care everyone! :-o

(july 14) the aftermath of the storm! was in alabang today to see my derma and the whole main avenue was filled with fallen branches, trees, and lamp posts! i just had to stop while driving to take a picture to share with you guys! look at how huge this tree is but wow, how the strong winds last night uprooted it! and the meralco ba ito or pldt post? fallen and cut in half! wild!!!! i'm hoping today electricity will come back kasi its so hard at night, plus di maka charge ng mga phones, and biggest problem is water! walang tubiiiig! :-o tonight i am heading to the event of my best friend pam. she's with corporate communications for louis vuitton and tonight is the launch of their temporary store in greenbelt five, as well as their trunks and toys exhibit! so proud of her cause she's doing such a good job! amazing exhibit with trunks of lv from like the 1920s! the exhibit will be in the second floor of GB5 til august 5 if you want to check it out. :-) then i'm off to snn for live!

(june 15) i loooove avon! :-) because the line i endorse is avon mix, which are more or less very simple, basic, start up pieces, i asked my avon family to send me accessories from avon fashions, the line ruffa endorses, so that i can use the more glam pieces on snn! lo and behold look at what was delivered to me at the big brother house today.. a whole box of avon fashions!!!! woohoo! :-) can't wait to sort them all out and wear them! :-) its my regular full thursday with tfc and snn taping and live. no cinemanews today because we're pre empted for the weekend. :-) instead, i used my down time to meet with my producers at y speak, ate karen and mark. what a fulfilling dinner meeting it was!!!! i am so, so excited for the changes y speak will go through. :-) we have a new creative director for the show, a veteran broadcaster who i can't reveal yet, but his ideas for the show are awesome! plus we have two very smart young achievers joining the y speak team as on cam hosts! so exciting!
